The purpose of this symposium is to highlight the research activities occurring on Reserve sites, which includes Currituck Banks, Kitty Hawk Woods, Buxton Woods, Buckridge, Rachel Carson, Permuda Island, Masonboro Island, Zeke’s Island, Bald Head Woods, and Bird Island components.

This symposium is geared toward the public, not just scientific researchers, and therefore anyone interested in hearing more about the Reserve should attend. Please see workshop agenda for more information about the workshop presentations.
